Rental Terms & Conditions

Rental Period

• The rental period is as stated on your booking confirmation.

• Late returns will incur a charge of £15 per item, per day.

• All items must be returned on or before the agreed return date, in the same condition in which they were received.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date will be charged 50% of the rental fee.

Use of Items

• Items are rented solely for use in artwork and press shots.

• They may not be lent, transferred, or used for any other projects, purposes, or by third parties without prior written consent.

Care, Damage & Liability

• The renter is fully responsible for the item(s) while in their possession.

• Do not wash, dry-clean, or alter the item(s) unless expressly agreed in advance.

• "Damage" includes but is not limited to: stains, tears, burns, missing parts, or any alterations to the original condition.

• Any required cleaning or repairs upon return may be deducted from the deposit.

• If an item is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond repair, the renter will be charged 2x the RRP/Market Value (as listed in the item description).

  • If the deposit covers the full amount, it will be retained.

  • If the deposit does not cover the full amount, the renter will be invoiced for the balance.

Sizing

• It is the renter’s responsibility to confirm sizing before finalizing the booking.

• Refunds will not be issued due to sizing issues.

Return Postage

• All returns must be sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked & Insured service.

• The renter is responsible for the item(s) until they are safely returned and received into our care.
